Senior Finance Associate
The Senior Finance Associate works closely with Chief Operating Officer and is responsible to ensure smooth Finance operations and bookkeeping practices to keep Human Inc's engine running!1. Finance Operations

3. Management & Statutory Reporting
4. Budget & Planning
- Administer the billing and collection process - invoice issuance to clients, payment follow-up and point of contact for clients
- Implement and manage the vendor/supplier selection policy for procurement
- Manage and make organizational purchases under the instruction of the Chief Operations Officer in accordance with the payment cycle
- Process payments according to established policies and prepare for payments in accordance with the payment cycle
- Follow-up on clarification of any required payments
- Handling accounts payable to ensure transactions are processed, authorized and paid in accordance with payment terms
- Manage all bank administrative matters (including those related to corporate debit/ credit card), facilities & processes
- Function as the liaison with the bank for all bank matters
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records & documentation (under lock & key with proper controls in place)
2. Payroll Processing
- Manage and administer the claims and payroll process in a timely manner
- Follow-up on clarification required with team members and/or HR
- Manage and ensure all statutory payments are made according to the schedule
- Co-manage (with HR) the online platforms for payment record updates
3. Management & Statutory Reporting
- Prepare and organise the necessary documents for monthly bookkeeping
- Manage the bi-monthly submission of SST Returns to CustomsAssist FM with regards to compiling information as required by the auditor, corporate secretary and tax authority.
4. Budget & Planning
- Assist FM in the following areas:
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Provide key financial insights or strategies in organizational planning with the Management
- Ensure compliance of all finance-related policies & procedures with Malaysian regulations and laws
- Analyse the company's financial standings and performance to identify areas for potential improvement or to minimise the risk of any kind
