• Handling full set account.
• Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the Autocount system.
• Assist in preparation of management accounts.
• Prepare monthly payment schedule & bank reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of debtors and creditors statements of account.
• Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet & etc).
• Liaison with bankers, auditors and tax agent on audit and tax matters.
• Liaison with Quantity surveyor for BQ item.
• Account receivables and payables (ie: collection, payment and reconciliation) including liaison with internal department, customers and vendors.
• Update cash flows on daily basis.
• Prepare Sales and Service Tax (SST) submission.
• Other assigned ad-hoc duties.
