The Shared Services Consultant within the Invoice Processing Team provides high quality and accurate processing of complex accounts payable transactions and enquiries, ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily, in a timed manner and in compliance with standard operating procedures and meeting service performance targets

About the Role
The Shared Services Consultant within the Invoice Processing Team provides high quality and accurate processing of complex accounts payable transactions and enquiries, ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily, in a timed manner and in compliance with standard operating procedures and meeting service performance targets
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with a variety of stakeholders (from administrators in schools to the corporate business)
- Knowledge of transactional banking and the ability to apply it in an ERP system eg SAP (experience would be desirable)
- Must have an understanding of the flow through of information from different interfaces into SAP
- Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Banking and bank reconciliation skills ideal
- Ability to work with and analyse large volumes of data
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and resolve complex accounts payable queries
- Has good problem solving skills in a finance/banking environment
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including group email box management.
- An understanding of Interface systems into SAP will be an advantage
- Ability to manage adhoc tasks
- Immediate start required
- 3-4 years in finance administration role or similar in accounts payable accounts receivable
- SAP experience
- Previous experience working in Gov. highly regarded.
- Immediately available candidates preferred
- Must be Citizen of ANZ or Permanent Residents
- Per NSW Gov.'t guidelines all employees must be fully vaccinated or provide medical exemption
