Accounts Assistant

Adecco are representing a family run company of over 40 years! A leader within their industry and growing, they are now looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small friendly team who provide an effective service to all their customers.

Duties:

  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Checking driver schedules ensuring charges are correct prior to invoicing
  • Processing Credit Application Forms
  • Processing Direct Debit Forms
  • Dealing with job issues for failed work
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Running daily, weekly and monthly invoices
  • Raising credit notes
  • Credit control
  • Customer rebates

Skills and Attributes:

  • Computer literate
  • Experience using an accounts package

Full training would be given for this role.

The salary for this role is from £24000 per annum.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
