SF Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a global leader in automotive equipment and they have a great opportunity for an Assistant Cost Controller to join their team. The role supports the Plant Finance Controlling function with preparation and analysis of monthly sales for variance to budget/forecast.
Duties will include:

- Support preparation of Plant budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Support monthly sales analysis and P&Ls with commentary on variances to budgets and forecasts,
- Maintain BOM costings
- Sales reporting
- Escalate GRNI issues with cost controller
- Monitor stock levels
- Weekly sales analysis and adhoc analysis of P&Ls
- Work with commercial/project finance teams to monitor price movement

The successful candidate will be

- Previous experience of management accounting in the manufacturing sector (ideally)
- SAP Experience advantageous but not essential
- Advanced Excel user
- A keen team player who works well under pressure
- Analytical skills - analyse data and information
