SF Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a client in South Derbyshire to recruit an Assistant Cost Controller. This role is ideal for graduates who are looking for their first step into an accounts role. You'll benefit from on the job training, and will have the chance to develop in this position. Ideally you will be analytically minded, with strong attention to detail, and will be from a finance graduate background, or will be an AAT studier with some exposure to your first finance role currently.

Duties will include:

- Support preparation of budgets and monthly forecasts
- Support monthly sales analysis and P&Ls with commentary on variances to budgets and forecasts
- Maintain bills of materials costings
- Sales reporting
- Monitor stock levels
- Weekly sales analysis and ad hoc analysis of P&Ls
- Work with commercial/project finance teams to monitor price movement
