As Finance Business Partner you will work closely with the MD on ad-hoc projects as well as work through a systems upgrade project. You will oversee the month-end process along with managing a team of 2.

Description
As Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the MD on ad-hoc projects including tendoring exercises and new product line launches, providing relevant financial modelling and analysis
- Playing a key part in the systems upgrade project
- Managing a team of 2 to ensure month-end figures are reported accurately and on time
- Management accounts reporting along with relevant variance analysis
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process
- Managing the month-end and year-end procedure, ensuring the smooth running of the external audit
This is initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract role with a view to going permanent for the right candidate.
Profile
My client is looking for a Qualified / Qualified by Experience candidate that can demonstrate some experience in business partnering or working on projects with those outside of finance.
Staff management experience is essential.
This role is due to start in July so you should be available at 1 month's notice or less.
