An opportunity now exists for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent basis - either full time or part time!


About the role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer your duties will include:
  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • Support payroll function
  • End of month duties
  • BAS preparation
  • Adjusting journals and reconciliations
  • Preparation of financial reports e.g., profit & loss and balance sheet
  • Assist with continuous improvement activities
  • Other general finance tasks to support the team
About you
  • Previous experience working as a Bookkeeper of Finance Officer
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Experience using Xero will be highly regarded
  • Qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping are desired but not essential
