Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large public sector organisation based in the North, who are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant. The role will initially be for 3 months, with a strong possibility of an extension and will be paying £25-£30 per hour. The role offers very flexible hybrid working.

Duties:

• Provide VAT advice to other Finance Departments and responsible for the VAT returns
• Treasury Management and Control of Cash
• Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations
• Responsible for Technical and Control Accounts

Person:

• Strong with systems - including MS Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior management
• Oracle experience
