Credit Controller (Temp to Perm)

Credit Controller job - Temp to Perm - 1-3 months temp with view to go perm - Hybrid - Langley based offices

Your new role
Creation of internal/external billing documents to create customer facing invoice. Front-line for customer accounting queries. Providing client copies of generated invoices where require. Checking invoices received for accuracy. Checking and approval of supplier invoices and obtain management approval when applicable. Work closely with Credit Control teams (UK/DE) to ensure payment of invoices. Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments with line and senior management. Maintain the credit control system (Dunning) in collaboration with Sales, Finance and company executives. Liaise with internal departments/personnel to set up and ensure the effective management and processing of invoices using SAP. Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM systems Maintain existing Operations and Reporting systems with customer information Maintain contracts and customer filling. Provide ad-hoc support handling enquiries, complaints, sales leads and layout approvals, escalating to account management level/Sales Support Manager as appropriate


What you'll need to succeed
You will either have a recent grad or school leaver or experienced Credit Controller with excellent communication skills confident and articulate telephone manner, knowledge of MS Word, Power Point and Excel skills essential. Must work well under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks Managing own workload. German speaker desirable. Bookkeeping knowledge desirable.
