Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be Exclusively Partnered with a Creative International organisation in Glasgow as they recruit a Finance & Office Manager. This organisation has been established for over 15 years with a The Finance & Office Manager will work with the Directors providing ownership across the finances and wider office processes. Our client are passionate and dedicated within the industry and offer a fun, lively and creative environment. The Finance & Office Manager will join our client on a permanent basis with a salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum and will include pension, generous leave policy, electric car salary sacrifice, mobile phone and city centre working.

Your new role
Our client have a turnover of 10 million and the Finance & Office Manager will assume responsibility for the General management of the offices and Finance for the business. Tasks will include managing the end to end delivery of the finance function from VAT returns, quarterly management accounts, forecasting to supporting with supporting with contract administration, leasing and the general running of the business.

You will manage the online data, stationary orders and general invoicing in addition to managing the finance assistant and improving processes. You will work across the business supporting the directors with new and ongoing projects and providing management information to support decision making.

This is an all round role offering commercial insight and analysis across the organisation in a dynamic and fast moving sector.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in working in a hands on and varied role supporting across finance and operations as part of a fast paced SME. You will be comfortable with overseeing financial transactions and delivering meaningful MI. You will enjoy working in a flat and collaborative structure where everyone contributes to the success of the business. You will be comfortable overseeing operational and finance activities with strong systems and analysis experience.
