      Role Responsibilities

      The role will focus and business support on Axiom / BPC areas.


        Maintaining the integrity and correctness of the dataflow from AXIOM to BPC
        Handling JIRA Governance for the changes
        Reviewing/Managing the assigned tasks effectively and efficiently as per DOI and agreed timeline in SLA
        Ensure customer satisfaction by managing delivery, that is error free, submitted in a timely manner and communicated effectively
        Interact with cross functional teams and establish good net-working skills
        Seek opportunities for continuous improvements to processes and problem solving in the team
        Ensure appropriate support has been provided during the critical reporting timelines
        Understand the lineage, mappings and associated linkages to the reporting requirements.
        Ensure that operational controls and reconciliations are in place.
        Completion of all mandatory risk and compliance training including e-learning within stated timeframes.

        Business

          Work closely with Business and Technology to ensure timely delivery of changes in BPC reports for Group Reporting

          Processes

            Proactively enhance controls & remediate issues through problem solving

            Regulatory & Business Conduct

              Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
              Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.                 Academic degree from a well-recognised institution.
                Experience in Banking Industry

                Desirable / Advantage:
