• Delay analysis and Quantum claims.
• Drafting of Contractual letters.
• Handling Contractual claims.

• Fair knowledge in estimating and costing, Basic Knowledge in contract frameworks.
• Fundamental knowledge in Arbitration law and legal procedures related to Arbitration.
• Experience in operating P6.(Hands on experience).
• Extensive Knowledge in forensic delay analysis & SCL protocol / other international protocols.
• Ensuring Updating of the Programme and prepare reports before 7Th of every month.
• Liasoning with the planning team and tracking of Schedule and identification of Delays .
• Liase with Forensic Delay Team at HQ .
• Quarterly filing of EOT for individual milestones of each section.
• Delay analysis and reporting - Quarterly 8. Fortnightly reports on Delay/EOT related mattes.
