Description
Responsible for handling activities in support of multi-national engineering and construction projects, with an emphasis on global utilization of India resources.

  • Prepare journal entries and assist in monthly financial statement preparation for multiple foreign subsidiaries, including intercompany transactions, transfer pricing and month-end consolidation.

  • Prepare account reconciliations and pursue resolution to any outstanding items within foreign subsidiary ledgers.

  • Assist in supporting various statutory audits performed within foreign subsidiaries.

  • Prepare variance analysis on plan versus actuals to assist in helping our foreign market leaders make appropriate business decisions.

  • Prepare monthly cash flow projections and analysis to support international operations.

  • Other ad hoc duties upon request.

Qualifications

  • Semi qualified Chartered Accountant/ Inter CA with 7 Years of Experience

  • 7 years professional work experience preferred, preferably in the construction/engineering industry with exposure or with multi-national corporations.

  • Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Power BI is preferred but not required.

  • Must be a self motivator, detailed, well organized and able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
