Senior Business Analyst - Horsham, PA - Monday-Friday
Basic Purpose
The Senior Business Analyst is a key member of the East Region Finance Team. This position must handle multiple assignments in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment with frequent direct interaction with Commercial and Operational teams in the region as their business partners, and centralized corporate teams. The Senior Financial Analyst analyzes, classifies and reviews highly complex financial and business data and turns it into actionable insights for the business partners supported. This role conducts budgeting, forecasting, financial and operational analysis, Key Performance Indicator reporting. Plans and supports broad assignments and recommends changes to analytical and budgetary methods and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Financial planning and analysis in support of, among other things, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, annual budgets, and periodic financial, operational and commercial reviews
• Provide advisory financial consulting to the senior business leaders of organizations supported
• Support the Commercial Organization with financial modeling of new business opportunities
• Partner with Patient Services team to access the profitability of Patient Service Centers and In Office Phlebotomists
• Support business partners on various financial matters including in-depth analysis of business cases and financial modeling
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational modeling and business case analyses in areas such as market and client account targeting
• Help develop metrics and benchmarks to measure key initiatives and support real-time business decisions
• Analyze and evaluate financial data and make recommendations to enhance business processes and profitability
• Identify, access, analyze, classify and review highly complex financial and operational data to put a fact base behind analytical frameworks
Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree in Finance or Analytical Field required, Master's degree preferred

2 + years' experience as an Operations, Business or Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in the application of analytical methods of addressing business issues, with an emphasis on decision support
• Expert knowledge of Excel, utilizing complex modeling functionality
• Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and preparing presentations
• Experience working with databases and retrieving information from information systems
• Demonstrated time-management and multi-tasking skills coupled with a keen ability to prioritize assignments
• Familiarity with multi-dimensional databases and financial ERP systems
