As a TA Consultant at IAG, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to enable seamless, consistent and excellent customer experiences for internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and efficient best practice recruitment services through effective partnership and consultation.
  • Deliver on the employment brand through key talent attraction strategies, optimising employee/candidate experience and engagement for IAG.
  • End to end recruitment across portfolio ~20-30 vacancies concurrently (mix of internal and external vacancies)
  • Provide employment market expertise, sharing insights and providing recommendations.
  • Deliver on talent engagement plan for respective business division, translating and sharing stakeholders' business and strategy to candidates.
  • Map, plan, and deliver on defined initiatives to optimise recruitment practices and the IAG employment brand.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IAG people policies and external laws and regulations.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous internal/ agency recruitment experience.
  • A keen interest in diversity and experience with sourcing talent creatively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills and previous experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
