The Company:

We are working exclusively with an Australian owned company located in the Western suburbs of Sydney- a location easily accessible by public transport!

This part time position has become available due to recent internal movements and is a great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper seeking a part-time position. You will enjoy a collaborative and friendly working environment with many opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge within the finance team.

The Role:

• Support the timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports
• General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Foreign Currency payment processing
• Liaising with external accountants where required
• Fortnightly and monthly payroll
• Support AR & AP functions as required
• Overseeing debt collections

Your Profile:

You will be an experienced Bookkeeper with at least 4 years experience in a similar position. You will be a quick-learning individual with a desire to succeed and work closely with your line manager. Experience in the construction or project management field will be beneficial, but not essential.
