ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a filing system
Maintain the confidentiality of the company's information*Willing to take on more job responsibilities when need arises*Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Handling wide range and confidential information or documents.
Excellent skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct English and Mandarin copy.
Must be able to work independently with low supervision.
Work closely with other Head of Department to achieve harmonious working environment.
Assist in following up with action in matters which fall within the reporting manager's responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow up action.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
Undertake assignments time-to-time, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by reporting manager.
On field handle and supervise account team on recurring task.
Attend to client for meeting on to complete the financial reporting
