We are currently looking for a Accounts Payable Officer to join our expanding finance team.

Working as part of a team and reporting through to the CFO, your main responsibilities will include:
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and be passionate about accounts. You will ideally have some previous administrative experience, with a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have proven office administration skills including:

About the role
Working as part of a team and reporting through to the CFO, your main responsibilities will include:
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Processing purchases / invoicing
- Administration duties, data entry and filing
- Answering internal and external general queries
- Daily reconciliation - debtors, creditors & stock and bank reconciliation
- Daily cashflow
- Reconcile supplier recoveries & supplier claims
- Collection activities
- Manage relationships and handle queries with internal and external stakeholders
- Additional ad hoc tasks
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and be passionate about accounts. You will ideally have some previous administrative experience, with a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have proven office administration skills including:
- Experience of Accounting and Finance Processes
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Time management and prioritising skills
- Experience in retail industry within an accounts assistant/accounts payable role
- Team player mentality and willing to try new things to further develop
- Wanting to work for a large company and grow their career within the company
- Experience with MYOB and Dayforce systems but not essential
- Attention to detail
