Excellent opportunity to work for an ASX company on the Northern Beaches of Sydney for an experience Accountant Payable Manager.
With over 100 diverse brands in their portfolio the opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their expanding team. As a member of this close knit team you will report directly to the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities include:
Successful applicants will have experience in a similar role along with a high level of problem-solving and multitasking skills. You also must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office supported by strong communication and administration skills. Experience with Pronto will be advantageous.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain the Accounts Payable function, including processing all incoming supplier invoices and credits
- Processing of EFT payments and reconciliation of all local and international supplier accounts.
- Manage and process all employee expenses and reimbursements on a weekly basis.
- Ensure general ledger accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis to include Cash, Bank and Borrowings accounts, prepayments, fixed assets and accrued expenses.
- Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts.
