Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for an Operational Accountant to join their Retail Support Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Retail division's operational reporting, system support and master data as well as assisting with management reporting, budgeting and forecasts
Responsibilities include:

* Ensuring clear, accurate, timely and relevant operational reporting and processing
* Store income and commissions per product or service - calculating and processing in SAP
* Preparing and processing billings and invoices
* Producing and distributing monthly performance analysis for Corporate and Franchise stores
* Monthly tracker of conversion impact
* Calculating bi - annual provision for sales return
* Monthly management reporting
* Assisting with the management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes
* Driving improvement to the management reporting process through automation
* Following up on vendor queries and unpaid invoices (creditors management)
* Debtors management (managing relationship with debtors and following up on long outstanding invoices)
* Reporting development, ensuring quick turnaround for operational reporting needs in line with changes required by the dynamic business environment
* Variance reporting, trend analysis, reviews and detailed investigations
* Responsible for ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and other similar or related duties
Requirements:

* Finance degree with minimum 2 years' experience
* Microsoft Excel intermediate
* PowerPoint intermediate
* BPC / SAP / BI knowledge advantageous
