Halliday Marx have partnered with a Large Manufacturing organisation to recruit for an Accounts Receivable Specialist on an Interim basis for 12 months.

Duties Include:

• Prepare monthly aged debt Reports with comments
• Ensure prompt payment from all clients and prompt identification of payment issues
• Responding to all Accounts Receivable enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage relationship with factoring bank
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience of working with External partners as well as managing outsourced activity with minimal supervision.
• Experience of identifying ways of improving processes and gain efficiency.
• At least 24 months experience in an AR role
• Strong team player
