The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of finance and play a significant part in the continued growth of the business taking the Group to the next level. Working as a key member of the Senior Management Team you will provide financial leadership, maximise value creation, whilst ensuring legal compliance, and managing risks to the business. You will contribute to the development and delivery of the business strategy and work as a trusted advisor to the Board. Leading the finance team, you will be responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting and ensure adherence to statutory regulations. You will also lead all company secretarial duties and tax reporting dealing with HMRC and external auditors.

The Candidate
With experience of working in a growing SME business you will be a dynamic, driven ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant with sound commercial acumen and be an influencer of change who relishes the challenge and reward of a high growth business. With the intellect and credibility to develop long term business objectives, you may be a Divisional Controller looking for a No 1 finance role or already in a No 1 role looking for a new challenge.
