Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to support the Operations Accountants and Accounts Receivable Senior with all of the revenue invoices for a number of the care homes. The role will work closely with the other members of the Finance Team and the Financial Administrators at the care homes.

Revenue and Receivables:

• Update cash books on daily basis and allocate receipts via Standing Order, BACS, Direct Debits, etc,
• Review credit notes,
• Review and issue resident statements,
• Prepare monthly revenue reconciliation,
• Prepare and issue Aged Debt reports,
• Attend regular Aged Debt meetings, recommend and follow up on agreed actions, report significant issues to management
• Perform routine resident statement reconciliations,
• Prepare ad hoc resident statements as required,
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records,
• Investigate and resolve any enquiries and irregularities.

This role will support the expanding Finance Team (currently 16), based in the Head Office in Windsor.
