My client is a growing, family feel business based in Cambridge. They are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their busy team.
Main duties include:
* Development and maintenance of client relationships
* Manage a group of clients
* Identifying new sales opportunities
* Running reports
* Gathering feedback
* Reaching out to lapsed clients
* Lead generation
* Ad-hoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within a similar Account Management role
* Strong relationship building skills
* CRM system experience
* The ability to prioritise a workload
* Strong team playing skills
