Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years book-keeping experience in a similar role and preparing accounts to trial balance stage.
Experience in using Sage, QuickBooks, and Free agent
Computer Literate in MS Office



Responsibilities:

Day to Day Book-keeping and able to take accounts to Trial Balance stage using software or on excel to deadline.
Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts.
Producing year end files.
Administration of information.
Using Accounts software daily including Quickbooks, Sage, Freeagent.
Using Excel to produce schedules as necessary
Highlighting to management any missing information.
Monitoring the hours worked on each individual account.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year pro rata
