This is an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant to join the business, located in North Dorset, and contribute to the success and growth of this excellent business.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for the transactional side of the business.
You will be responsible for all monthly management accounts for 1 of the entities and responsible for end to end accounting for the smaller legal entity with accounts support team. You will be liaising with senior managers regarding monthly performance and analysis, helping to drive strategic decision making.

You will be business partnering with numerous operational managers, working with them to produce annual budgets, forecasts and helping to identify and explain variances. You will also be required to support on other ad hoc projects as necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant or working towards your ACCA/CIMA, with existing management accounting and business partnering experience and excellent Excel skills. You will have good problem-solving, organisation, negotiation and communication skills. You will be a proactive individual with good communication and inter-personal skills.
