Helpdesk Analyst - CONTRACT
The Company
This organisation is a 100% Kiwi owned organisation within the construction industry that operates throughout NZ. Operating for over 45 years, they deliver a diverse range of projects such as commercial, structural, civil, residential and interior fit-outs. They are currently recruiting for a new Helpdesk Analyst to be a part of their digital transformation journey.
The Role
Working within a team of 3 and reporting to the IT Manager, your key responsibilities include:
· Providing 1st and 2nd level support for internal users alongside helping the wider team set and work through their priorities
· Ownership of the Incident or Request end to end, ensuring competent and professional service support and delivery.
· Provision of laptops, mobiles and tablets
· Documentation - Ensuring technical documentation and site documentation for all sites is up to date at all times.
· Participate in various implementation and enhancement projects as required

Your Skills & Experience
- Experience in IT Support position
- Knowledge of Desktops, Laptops and Servers
- Knowledge of Operating Systems
- Knowledge of common applications, e.g. Microsoft Office, O365
- Knowledge of printers and networking printing.
