This privately owned northern beaches business has global operations within a niche product sector. With a stable workforce and forward-thinking management, you will work with an engaged, passionate and empowered team.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant and Financial Controller, you will manage and be accountable for the end-to-end accounts payable including everything from data entry to payments, validation of charges, issue management and follow up, credit card and expense claims, compliance (GST and VAT) and petty cash. This is a low volume processing role in a complex multi-currency invoicing environment.

An experienced, standalone AP professional, you possess a strong eye for detail and are committed to delivering high quality service. The success in this role depends on you taking full ownership and staying on top of all processing, queries, payment accuracy and communicating with management. Your eye for detail and ability to think about every invoice and vendor is crucial. Working with a collaborative team environment, you will be able to WFH one day a week.
