Global SaaS company in need of an experience Accounts Team Leader to lead their Account Receivable and Accounts Payable team.
An Australian SaaS powerhouse in their field whom has been established for over 15 years and has a total staff of 300+ globally is looking to expand their accounts team with the hire of an Accounts Team Leader.

The Role:

• Leading and managing a team of AP/AR accountantsDriving process improvements across the AP and AR space
• Managing finance inbox
• Managing the processing of expenses, credit cards and AP to ensure payment in a timely manner.
• Managing collections process (dunning/statement runs)
• Debtors reporting
• Month end duties including closing and balance sheet reconciliations
• Tax and compliance duties as required (BAS/IAS[ET3]/payroll tax)
• ABS surveys
• Updates to authority matrix
• Preparation of commission calculations and sales reporting

What we need:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar finance role and exhibits a passion to learn and develop their career. Hands-on supervisory experience (2+ years) of a small team is highly regarded.

• Ideally CPA/CA qualified or part qualified.
• Expereince using NetSuite
• Team oriented and supportive, with the ability to work independently effectively within a dynamic environment
• Has high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Effective problem solver with a hands-on attitude
• Adaptable, agile, and not wedded to only one way of getting things done
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - advanced Excel skills
