A brilliant commercial finance opportunity within a large retail group within their specialist horticultural manufacturing facilitity. The business work to a four day working week along with hybrid working schedules.
Client Details
A unique manufacturing site, part of a wider retail group. This is the groups only non-food producing site.
With over 300 florists, each and every bouquet is treated with care and consideration before it leaves their site, ensuring the best possible quality for their customers.
They make over 400,000 bouquets every week using hand tying methods and machinery...with this growing significantly during peak periods such as Valentine's Day.
Description
- Working closely with Site Managers, 'Head's of' and Commercial Stakeholders, providing insight on business performance.
- Budgeting, forecasting and weekly reporting.
- Provide variance analysis and trending insights to measure performance, forecast and business cases.
- Leading, coaching and developing the site finance teams
- Building strong relationships within central finance and the wider central teams.
- Consulting stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and identify opportunities to speed up and simplify.
Profile
- Experience managing a team of qualified accountants
- A professional qualification of CIMA, ACA, ACCA
- Knowledge of financial and management accounting
- An ability to deliver in a complex, fast paced environment
- Excellent analytical thinking and numerical skills
- Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle
Job Offer
Between £55k - 65k basic salary
C.£5k per year car allowance payable as cash
10% bonus
