Job Details

Act as a business partner to operational stakeholders whilst identifying and driving improvements across 3 manufacturing facilities. This is an operational role responsible for P&L / Balance sheet control, KPI reporting and forecasting/budgeting.

As the Financial Controller / Business partner you will work to modernise the finance function and provide accurate financial insight to help support decision making.

Description

  • Partner with operational teams and provide insight to shape decisions
  • Provide high quality financial insight
  • Budget and forecasting
  • Deep dive data projects
  • Ensure robust control environment and be proactive in driving improvements / promoting best practice
  • Continuous improvement
  • Reduce costs by identifying saving opportunities
  • Review contracts and lead on financial scrutiny
  • Responsibility for team of two
  • Support on large projects

Profile

  • Qualified accountant
  • Experience within a Manufacturing business
  • Ability to review and consolidate complex data
  • Strong communication and partnering skills
