Your new company is a leading charity looking for an experienced management accountant to join their small management accounting team


Your new role reporting to the Senior Management Accountant you will be responsible for your own specific budget areas . The role will involve working with budget holders and others, to compile budgets and forecasts, monitor and report on financial performance and help them understand complex financial issues. You will ensure that at each stage, from presenting monthly reports to investigating variances, best practice is followed, and productive relationships are developed across the organisation



What you'll need to succeed is experience in a management accounting including forecasting. Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial to this role along with the ability to speak "numbers in non financial terms". Proven success in building internal stakeholder relationships is essential.
