Permanent Management Accountant job in Dunfermline, Salary £40,000 - £50,000 + hybrid working

Hays Senior Finance are recruiting on behalf of their established and recognisable client for a permanent Management Accountant to join their busy team. Salary is £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience + hybrid working and the opportunity for career progression

Your new role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will work as part of a team to contribute to the commercial development of the business. This includes extensive financial analysis of various projects & business options. You will complete monthly management accounts including variance analysis. You will produce budgets & forecasts & assist with statutory accounting. You will be heavily involved in system & process improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a fully Qualified Accountant, keen to work in a fast paced and commercial environment. You will be a confident communicator who can easily liaise with senior stakeholders, and both finance and non-finance staff members. Advanced IT skills and knowledge using the MS Suite is essential as there will be an ongoing need to encourage and potentially develop system and process improvements. You will ideally be ambitious and keen to develop your career.
