You will be working in a smaller sub-team which is part of a large finance function which means you'll have plenty of breadth to your role while still maintaining plenty of opportunities for long-term progression.

It's a good work-life balance in this role too. It's not a long hours culture at all and it's also hybrid working (50/50 home and office).

ROLE OVERVIEW

-Review existing management accounting methods to be able to identify ways to improve the month-end process

-Support the commercial finance function by providing insightful commentary on the month-end results

-Financial, planning and analysis

-Budgeting and forecasting with analysis into any variances

-Constantly look to improve systems and processes

ABOUT YOU

-CIMA / ACCA / ACA Qualified

-Strong management accounting background

-Able to commute to Leicester 2 or 3 days per week
