Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Finance Officer who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is working with one of their longest standing and most successful manufacturing arms. The business boasts incredible tenure with the majority of their employees working for more than 10 years with the company. The Role
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. As the Accounts Payable Officer you will help with a variety of tasks. This is a team-based Accounts Payable role where you will enjoy the support of a Senior Accounts Payable Officer who has been with the business for many years. The business is going through a significant period of change as they upgrade their finance systems / processes. This role will start as a temporary role with a 6-month commitment and a strong view to permanent after this.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
Your Profile
You will have a strong background in Accounts Payable either in a stand-alone capacity or as a part of a broader Accounts role.
Ideally you will have exposure to a medium or large ERP and will be comfortable using Excel.
A positive attitude is a must for this role as the business has worked hard to develop a welcoming and inclusive culture that they wish to maintain.

- Supplier Payments
- Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable Queries
- Monthly Aged Payable Report
