Job Identification:

Role Summary:

The incumbent shall be primarily responsible to work revamping the finance function by implementing an off the shelf or bespoke accounting system fully integrated with existing software's. He/she will be required to review the business processes and prepare detailed document with complete structure for overall finance organization and CRM to track KPIs. Preparing a detailed RFP/RFQ in first three months to source or onboard a software solution that best fit the organization needs. Responsible to track the project time line for test run and go live.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing design structure and transaction flow charts after taking feedback from the teams
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand the system integrations requirement
  • Preparing need assessment document with objective to have efficient process with reliable and timely reporting
  • Preparing detailed budgets for the required resources, presenting the same to management for approval
  • Preparing detailed RFP/RFQ/EOI document for technology partners
  • Preparing a scoring model to evaluate that RFP/RFQ/EOI to find out the best fit solution
  • Comparing the submitted proposals on cost & quality metrics
  • Working as bridge between end user and technology partner to smoothly deliver the project
  • Managing and documenting the test run and training the users
  • Managing, documenting and solving the post implementation issues
  • Work as transformation partner for continuous improvement in the system

Job Specifications:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance or IT), or professional qualification CIMA
  • Must have overall 2-3 years of software implementations, solving pre and post implementation issues
  • Tech-savyy and fascinated to learn how to translate business processes and requirements to bring operational synergies
  • Well-versed with integration of different platforms through APIs
  • Hands-on with advanced level knowledge of different tools and methodologies used in implementations
  • Good written communications skills with proven track record of document/policy write up
  • Good listener with the ability to critically evaluate a business process
  • Confident to work with senior management
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, team player dynamic, encouraging and not afraid to be outside of comfort zone.
  • Excellent command on MS Office suite

  • Analyze the existing business process, work diligently to achieve operational excellence across the organization
