At least 5 years of experience in relevant field

Role details
- Handling matters related to corporate law and taxation
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations and statutory requirements
- Preparation and submission of statutory requirements
- Coordinate with statutory authorities including SECP, PSX, FBR, SRB, PRA etc
- Manage the corporate affairs under the supervision of company secretary
- Assist in convening board of director meeting, board committee meetings, annual general meetings etc
- Assist in preparation and distribution of notices, agenda items and working papers
- Internal and external communication
- Any other task relevant to the role
