We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3-6 month temporary position. Position will be working onsite.

Pay $27.00 to $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
  • Will be responsible for the full cycle AP process, including entering invoices, 2/3 way matching and purchase orders
  • Handle expense reports, check runs, ACH/Wire payments and vendor reconciliations
  • Handle research and discrepancies
  • Working heavily with Excel (Vlookup and pivot functions)
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
  • 5+ years of high volume, full cycle accounts payable experience
  • 2/3 way matching and purchase order experience
  • Advanced Excel (Vlookup and pivot functions)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
