We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3-6 month temporary position. Position will be working onsite.
Pay $27.00 to $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Will be responsible for the full cycle AP process, including entering invoices, 2/3 way matching and purchase orders
- Handle expense reports, check runs, ACH/Wire payments and vendor reconciliations
- Handle research and discrepancies
- Working heavily with Excel (Vlookup and pivot functions)
- 5+ years of high volume, full cycle accounts payable experience
- 2/3 way matching and purchase order experience
- Advanced Excel (Vlookup and pivot functions)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
