Treasury Management
Tax Management
Enterprise Risk Management
Strategic Planning and Budgeting
Stakeholders Management
Project Evaluations, corporate advisory and HR
Finance and Controlling:
- Assist in delivering adequate and timely reporting for SMC, EXCO, BOD, Project Management, De-gearing and other exceptional reporting
- Assist the GM/DGM in ensuring effective business controllership and cost control in the respective subsidiaries
Treasury Management
- Assist in Cash Flow monitoring and management for respective subsidiaries
- Assist the GM/DGM in fund raising for the projects in the respective subsidiaries
Tax Management
- Ensure compliance of Group Tax Policies and statutory requirements
- Assist in Group Tax Planning for respective subsidiaries
Enterprise Risk Management
- Ensure compliance to risk management policies and standards established by regulators and the Group
Strategic Planning and Budgeting
- Assist in the annual Budgeting process and responsible for all project budgeting
Stakeholders Management
- Ensure good relationship with the government bodies, professional bodies etc
Project Evaluations, corporate advisory and HR
- Investment appraisals and post implementation reviews
- Assist in recruitment and training of key finance talents
