Your new role:
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to this highly specialised program to ensure that the program stakeholders are supported with relevant financial information which in turn will support the program in an operational and decision making perspective.
About you
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you will have prior experience in:

* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project finance, with a well-rounded knowledge of budgeting and forecasting with a solution oriented mindset
* Assisting with the consolidation and analysis of the cost base reports to support multiple Business units
* Supporting comprehensive reporting requests from a finance management team
* Supporting financial management with financial reporting of external and internal projects
* Assisting with project invoicing, Manage the Accruals Process, cash flow management, journals, trading of sales and margin, project maintenance and adhoc activities directed finance management and the project stakeholders
* Supporting the external invoicing preparation
* Supporting with the forecasting and budgeting around the contracts
* Assisting with the preparation of contractual reporting in relation to Contract Status Reports and Summary Status Report
* Milestone schedule maintenance and monitoring, including incorporating changes resulting from Contract Change Proposal's.
* Well-developed self-management skills, ability to work under his/her own initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines, engage with stakeholders within and outside his/her immediate team to deliver business requirements
* Microsoft Office skills are essential and exposure to Oracle ERP is desirable
* Relevant Degree qualifications as well as CPA/CA qualifications
