We are a Texas based CPA firm searching for an experienced audit associate.  This position should have senior associate or manager level experience at a CPA firm and will be expected to be able to execute audit engagements from the planning stage to the report stage.  References are required.  Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting and at least five years experience in auditing.  Additional experience in accounting is preferred.  This is a remote position so regular check-ins will be required and responsiveness will be key to this position's success.  Client facing communications skills and good business writing skills required.  Annual profit sharing allocation is possible upon completion of first year. This is a year round and long term opportunity.  Candidate should be able to work 20 to 30 hours per week.  Great opportunity awaits the right candidate.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Gmail, QuickBooks, Other accounting software, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel at a minimum).

Job Requirements:

These are a must to secure employment with L. V. Browne, CPA:
5 years of experience as an audit associate or higher
Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week
References are required
A bachelor's degree in accounting
Client facing communications skills and good business writing skills are required.

Preferred:

CST time zone and even better if local to DFW, but not required.
