The Job…..
Reporting through to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • High volume receipting, allocations and opening new accounts
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries
  • Processing credit applications on new and existing accounts
  • Prepare accounts for legal action
  • High volume data entry
You….
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
  • Minimum 12 month accounts experience, specifically bank statement processing
  • Previous exposure to a high-volume data entry role a distinct advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office and Excel
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, busy environment
