Reporting through to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- High volume receipting, allocations and opening new accounts
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries
- Processing credit applications on new and existing accounts
- Prepare accounts for legal action
- High volume data entry
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 12 month accounts experience, specifically bank statement processing
- Previous exposure to a high-volume data entry role a distinct advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office and Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, busy environment
