We have a fantastic temporary Accounts Receivable Officer role available, for a 6-7 week assignment. Working within a friendly and supportive team environment you will be responsible for aiding with Accounts Receivable activities within the finance function.

Duties

• Data Entry within the financial software
• Invoicing/Receipting
• Reconciliations
• Prepare customer credit notes
• Follow up customer queries
• Ensure manual and electronic records are accurately stored
• Follow up of departmental queries and requests
• Maintaining administration of related tasks

Skills and Experience

• Posses a high level of computer literacy - essential Microsoft Excel
• 2-5 years experience in high volume Accounts Receivable
• Have sound financial systems and process understanding
• Be well organised, can prioritise and plan
• Must be available to commence at short notice

Essential Clearances

• National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
• Fully Vaccinated - 2 plus booster

In addition to the above the successful applicant MUST possess one of the below clearances:

• NDIS worker screening check
• DHS working with children clearance (Gained prior to Feb 2021, and not expired)
• DHS Disability clearance (Not expired)
• DCSI child related clearance (Not expired)
