Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-known Retail organization

The Organisation

Our Client is a well-known Retail group with brands to boast about and pride themselves in their supportive and high-performing culture. They are an exciting business who are experiencing rapid growth across Australia and are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team immediately on a contract basis for 12 or 6 months contract.

Position Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will include the following duties:

• Processing high volume invoices weekly
• Statement reconciliations
• Handling the AP mailbox
• Additional Adhoc duties
• Supporting the broader team when required

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, along with the following attributes:

• Motivated and reliable attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
