Accounts Payable Officer ($35-$40 per hour)

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an accounts payable officer
• Experience with Oracle Cloud(preferred)
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Must be well versed with MYOB and other software
• Must be reliable and committed

Job Responsibilities:

• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
