A Highly Respected, Family-Owned Sign business that has been operating for 23 years, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team for a Full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day running of the finances, sales tax filings in multiple jurisdictions
• Process bi-weekly payroll, and financial reports
• Classify transactions, reconcile bank activity, and record adjustments
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team

Qualifications:

• 4 year degree a bonus
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Positive disposition
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
