Our client is a boutique family feel business looking for someone who has the passion and drive to become an integral part of the firm by helping to grow and develop it.
The Opportunity
They are currently looking for a Senior Accountant who is experienced in end to end accounting along with great leadership skills.
This is no normal accounting role, you will help to develop and grow the business by working closely with partners and bringing in new clients.

The Opportunity
They are currently looking for a Senior Accountant who is experienced in end to end accounting along with great leadership skills.
This is no normal accounting role, you will help to develop and grow the business by working closely with partners and bringing in new clients.
Your day-to-day tasks would include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants including managing workflow and review
- Manage your own client portfolio as well as managing team WIP, workflow and productivity.
- Support and train other team members in our small, close-knit team
- Co-coordinating meetings with key advisors and creating strategies
- Liaise with clients and attend client meetings and board meetings
- Be key in developing the business
- Business development
- 10+ years of local public practice accounting experience
- Degree qualified
- Be CA/CPA qualified
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience with business development
- Ability to build rapport and be a trusted advisor to clients
- Driven to succeed, motivated and a great communicator
