Your new role
The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for and lead on the University's tuition fee collection process. Managing two direct reports, the Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts receivable function, including billing, credit control and student finance enquiry management. The post reports into the Head of Financial Accounts and provides key support with month end reconciliations and reporting related to this area.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced people manager and also have the ability and foresight to manage the processes of large volumes of data/invoices ( circa 12,000 invoices per term). Experience within education sector is not important though would be beneficial but if you have experience managing large volumes of data within a shared service environment such as Utilities, Recruitment or FMCG for example. You should be degree educated and may benefit if part qualified CICM or ACCA and equivalent. You will have strong excel/data manipulation experience and be able to use Agresso system though not essential.


What you'll get in return
This is a contract role is to start ASAP and is for upto 3 months though the right candidate may be offered permanent contract. The daily rate is between £175 - £230 per day.
