Join a team of commercial finance professionals to support finance decisions with one of client businesses. You will play a part to support financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. You will play a role in executing financial performance and executing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support client business leaders and support finance initiatives and decisions. You will also play important part to identify trends and developments in competitive environments and support the management outcome decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain books of accounts
• Prepare monthly cash forecast
• Prepare for statutory filings
• Respond to audit requests
• Ensure timely book closure
• Drive Accuracy
• Help scrub data for SAP implementation
• Ensure Compliance
YOU MUST HAVE
• Associates Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance. Basic Accounting knowledge.
WE VALUE
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail Orientation
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to Prioritize and coordinate multiple tas
• Ability to work well under pressure.
Compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Works to help ensure smooth SAP implementation with data validation, testing and rollout training. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. SAP accounting experience would be an asset. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
